What we do not clean?

Our professional team is highly skilled in managing a wide range of cleaning tasks. However, we must strictly adhere to safety and protection protocols, which preclude us from cleaning homes that contain biohazards, including animal waste and infestations of insects or rodents. Furthermore, our services do not encompass the following: wet wiping light bulbs, resurfacing, waxing, or refinishing floors, moving large furniture, cleaning exterior windows or walls, washing dishes, accessing spaces beneath inaccessible furniture or sofas, any outdoor areas, interior closets, bookshelves, under heavy furniture, small items such as toys, books, shoes, etc., or handling extensive trash disposal. For liability reasons, we are also unable to clean areas that are higher than two steps.
